TWO HOUR BIRTHDAY BASH (Base package starting at $250):

What’s included?

  • 10 children included in price, one birthday girl/boy included. If sharing a party with 2+ people, each additional birthday girl/boy counts towards total.
    • $8/each additional child
  • Staffed by two Dance & Company staff members
  • Use of entire studio. Completely private – just you, your guests and our staff.
  • Set up (time not included towards party) – we allow you to arrive 30 mins prior to party start time.
  • Clean up (time not included towards party) – we allow 15 minutes cleanup time, with our staff assistance.
  • Basic décor – streamers and “Happy Birthday” banner. You are welcome to provide additional decorations. They must be dropped off at Dance & Company 24 hours prior to the party.
  • 45 minutes of dance instruction from a professional Dance & Company staff member
  • You can choose from the following styles of dance: Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop
  • If a specific theme or style is requested, ie: Pop divas, Rockstars, or Princess party, etc, we can customize your package. Please inquire for a custom quote.
  • 2 small tables for food/drink/dessert, plus two cabinets to be used as gift table + goodie bag table.
  • We recommend a “welcome craft” to allow for everyone to get acquainted at the beginning of the party (20 mins appx) and before the dancing begins. You are welcome to supply your own, or we can supply one for you. See below:


  • Craft – $4/child
  • Plates/cups/napkins/utensils/table cloths – $50 for basic. Personalized quote for premium.
  • Snacks – $4/child
  • Pizza – 25% markup of the cost of the pizza if we handle for you.
  • Cake or Cup Cakes – $50 flat fee (up to 30 people) for standard. $80 flat fee (up to 30 people) for premium.
  • Goodie bags – $7/child for basic. $12/child for upgraded. $20/child for premium.
  • Drinks – $3/person *please note that we only allow clear liquids* unless it’s a juice box.
  • Premium decor – personalized quote

*If you would like us to supply any or all of the above items, we must have notice within (2) weeks of your scheduled party. You are welcome to bring your own for anything listed above. If you want us to set it up for you, we are happy to do so but it must be provided to us at least 24 hours prior to the party. Want more time? We can add more! $20 for each 15 minutes

*REQUIRED* is a $50 space hold/cleaning deposit in order to hold the date as well as for damage to any flooring, walls, mirrors or anything else inside the dance studio during the party. This deposit will be credited to you at the end of the party if no unexpected occurrences take place. Once the deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable if the party is cancelled for any reason.
