Cardio Hip Hop (5 week) session, starting April 14, 2026

Who: Miss Janelle will be teaching this session. Janelle comes with a vast background in dance training; in fact she trained at Dance & Company over a decade ago as a student! as a long-running history with Dance & Company. 

This class is separate from our monthly tuition program and is a 5-week (paid in advanced) session.

When: Class will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:50-7:40pm (50 min classes). First class is April 14th, last class is May 12th.

Cost: $100 for 5 weeks, no membership fee or registration fee.

We will open this session up for drop-ins ($25/class) only if it doesn’t reach capacity. We do anticipate class to reach capacity.

Details: 

Ages 18+ – Dance & Company members and non-members welcome.

Dance your way through a 50-minute, high-energy workout that blends easy-to-follow hip hop moves with fun, feel-good cardio. You’ll move, groove, and build energy, confidence, and fitness — all in a class that feels more like a dance party than exercise. No prior dance experience required!

Attire: Comfortable and appropriate activewear that you can stretch and move freely in. Sneakers (please be mindful that they are clean on the bottom).

You are sure to leave sweating, with a smile on your face and maybe even with some new friends!
