This 50 minute low-impact dance and fitness class will have 25 minutes of basic ballet barre followed by 25 minutes of classical mat pilates exercises. we will focus on musicality, body placement, stretching, stability and Full body strengthening.
No prior ballet or mat pilates experience necessary. The class will build from week to week as we continue to learn fundamental movements and exercises.

When: Class will take place on Monday mornings from 10:00-10:50am (50 min class).
Cost: $90 for 6 weeks, no membership fee or registration fee. Our sessions are separate from our monthly tuition program.
Ages 18+ – Dance & Company members and non-members welcome.
Attire: Comfortable activewear that you can move and stretch in. We do not require you to follow a ballet class dress-code but if you prefer the traditional leotard and tights with shorts/a shirt, we welcome it! We highly encourage ballet slippers, but if you do not own and do not want to purchase, you can try with socks or grippy socks. We do ask that your hair is pulled back and secured off of your face in either a bun or pony tail.
You will leave feeling longer, more flexible and like you’ve discovered muscles in your body that you never knew you had!
